We want people to be able to check funding status, read a guide, and report an error without depending on a mouse or a single screen size.
What we build for
- Semantic HTML headings, lists, and labels
- A skip link to the main content
- Visible keyboard focus
- Text alternatives on the logo and other informative images
- Color that is not the only way to read status
- Reduced-motion support for users who request it
- Language set to English (United States)
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a target, not a certified audit. Some third-party documents we link to—PDFs from Congress, GAO, or agencies—are outside our control.
Known limits
History tables can require horizontal scrolling on small screens. Some official sources open PDFs. The countdown on the status panel updates in the browser after the page loads.
